Responsibilities:

  • Understand recruiting needs and job requirements and source candidates through internal or external channels to fill positions in a timely manner
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and participate in the selection process
  • Perform reference and background checks if required
  • Manage offer and negotiate with candidates based on approved guidelines and range
  • Any other task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, HR or related fields
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience & sales record
