THE ROLE

Manage customer portfolio within the Asia with direct responsibility for full cycle of client service including inquiries, negotiating deals to executing sales transactions, managing logistics challenges and payments.
Be a reliable contact with the customers and work collaboratively with the operations team to provide timely after-sales support where needed. These activities include supplier service, fuel delivery coordination, claims resolution and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Active trading on behalf of clients ensuring optimum rates that benefit both the company and the client.
Be proactive in exploring emerging markets and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
Monitor customer utilization of company credit lines, payment performance, and follow up with collections if necessary.
Generate daily indications and prices from suppliers to the team and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade/related disciplines from a recognized university with 1-2 years of bunker trading experience
Good knowledge of international bunker business and marine fuel market.
Strong numerical ability and analytical skills to interpret global fuel prices, market trends, and supply-demand dynamics.
Responsible, resourceful, and results-oriented team player with an open mindset and excellent communication skills.
Travelling is required
