Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, providing a high-quality experience to all stakeholders.
  • Continually the APAC immigration program through process improvements, automation, data & insights.
  • Build good partnerships with cross-functional teams and HRBPs to deliver a high bar of user experience for the employees and business stakeholders.
  • Work on various projects relating to APAC Mobility policies and process improvement, providing insights and contributing to global or regional tasks.
  • Work together with the mobility immigration vendor in all stages of execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, ability to produce and analyse data, attention to detail, and willingness to promote better solutions
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills and the ability to cooperate efficiently with stakeholders.
  • Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
  • Able to use digital tools to enhance operation productivity

Hiring Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in identifying and correcting errors in large datasets.
  • Experience with Data Cleaning: Prior experience working with data cleanup, data migration, or data validation.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, recognize patterns, and identify discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Similar Tools: Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to manipulate, clean, and format data. Knowledge of advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) is a plus.

Must Have:

  • Good Communication (eg. Able to share context with vendor/TA/HRBP)
  • Ownership (eg. Finding relevant POC to solve the problem)
  • Mature (eg. Can keep sensitive data confidential)
  • Utilize digital tools to reduce manual work (eg. Lark, BI Table)
  • Fast learner
