Job Description

EduGrove is looking for an experienced Human Resource cum Finance executive, particularly someone with an expertise in the area of talent acquisition, to be part of our fun-loving and dynamic team If you are a meticulous person with self-driven qualities, and aspire to lead a HR department in the near future, then you are the candidate we are looking for

Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from ad placement, candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to on-boarding arrangements
  • Responsible in preparation of HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, etc.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Advice the company on hiring policies and restrictions
  • Verify HRM system's computation of monthly payroll, employees' claims, healthcare benefits, and leaves
  • Responsible for CPF submission, annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission
  • Plan and aid the development of staff by sourcing for relevent trainings and workshops
  • Draft performance appraisal forms of newly created positions
  • Review and improve financial and accounting processes
  • Process suppliers' invoices and submit to MD for payments
  • Work closely with company's bookkeeper in preparation of monthly Financial Reports, and with company's accountant for annual Financial Statements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office, Myob Accounting System, experience with Infotech is a plus
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Tuition/Enrichment industry
  • Detailed, meticulous, dedicated, with good organization skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
