Company Overview:
- Singapore-based SME specializing in regional trade and logistics. Our team supports the seamless movement of goods across Asia, including heavy machinery, raw materials, and food products, ensuring efficient operations from source to destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Greet visitors, customers, and suppliers; assist the office manager with general admin tasks.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales events.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage transaction documentation.
- Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist during promotions; gather market insights and feedback.
- Database Management: Update customer records, track inventory, and manage stock levels.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
