Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and trends, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence is always evolving.
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and track ROI.
  • Assist with content calendar planning, and ensure timely posting and campaign execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the online community to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Related field (or Equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and edit multimedia content (e.g., images, videos, graphics).
  • Creative, with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on results and ROI.
