The Administration Executive (Copywriter) is responsible for creating, editing, and managing written content to support administrative and operational needs within the construction industry. This role combines strong organizational skills with the ability to craft compelling and accurate documentation, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with company standards.
The position also involves supporting the management team with administrative duties, ensuring efficient office operations, and contributing to internal and external branding initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external correspondence, reports, proposals, and project documentation.
- Create engaging and informative content for newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update administrative records, including contracts, schedules, and project logs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of documentation and reports.
- Support project teams in preparing tender documentation, RFIs, and client communication.
- Ensure compliance with company branding and formatting guidelines in all written materials.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events or meetings, including drafting agendas and recording minutes.
- Contribute to HR-related communications such as job postings, onboarding materials, and employee handbooks.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or clients for content-related matters.

8. Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles or as a copywriter, ideally in the construction or related industries.
- Proven track record of creating professional and accurate written materials.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
