Your responsibilities as Retail Sports Specialist :


1 - “I welcome my customers as guests and satisfy them by selling sports ranges and services designed for their needs, across all channels”.

● I Develop my sports’ performances : services solutions, adapted to suit my customer and across all channels (physical, digital).

● Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and build their loyalty through close interactions.

● Offer our customers a seamless and smooth Omni-Channel Experience through the

Decathlon app.

● Offer workshop services for personalizing my customer's product, or extending its lifespan.

2 - “Satisfy my customers by an experiential and safe layout, that allows them to easily discover our sports, solutions and be emotionally touched”.

● Set up physical experience-based layouts that highlight the range of our products & services.

● Ensure the physical availability of our products (store and online stock, orders, etc.).

● Ensure security for me and my customers (store, products and data security).

Our contract is based on 44 hours weekly Whether you're an early bird craving that 9 AM kick-off or a night owl ready to score from 1 PM to 10 PM, we've got shifts as dynamic as your game plan. Your schedule? As flexible as a pro athlete's training routine, tailored to both the store's hustle and your personal playtime needs "
