Job Description:

  • Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing/Food Production
  • Manage Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations and the food production processess to ensure efficient and timely production.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring raw materials are available when needed amd minimizing waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Train supervise and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently and they adhere to safety and production protocols.
  • Process optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiently, cost reduction and quality enhancement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety and food safety regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate regular maintenance and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years and above of relevant experience in managing Central Kitchen operations or Manufacturing/Food Production
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-pased environment.
  • Working day: 6days (Monday-Saturday), 9am-6pm.

Salary:

  • Full time salary starting from $3.5k up to $4.5k depending on working experience.
  • The titleand remuneration package will commensurate to work experience and educational qualifications.
