Join the dynamic team at Aquagreen Southeast Pte Ltd as a Factory Supervisor/Factory Manager. This full-time role will see you overseeing the daily operations of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in the Bedok North Region. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes and the development of our skilled workforce.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to maintain efficient manufacturing operations
Monitor production processes and output to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Provide training, coaching and mentorship to production team members to develop their skills
Collaborate with the management team to optimise production workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, inventory, and quality control
Liaise with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment, working in food and beverage manufacturing factory is an advantage
Forklift truck license or related license is an advantage
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to quickly identify and resolve operational challenges
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Day shift duty to work on Saturday and Sunday if necessary
More experience can be considered for a managerial role either as Assistant Factory Manager or Factory Manager
Immediately available is an advantage
