Patty Stall Kitchen Assistant

Salary: $2500 - $3500
Working Hours: 10am - 10pm (6 days)
Location: Vivo City

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cut, and handle ingredients.
  • Cut and portion various ingredients, including meat, seafood, and vegetables, as per menu requirements.
  • Ensure uniformity and standardization of cuts, providing prepared ingredients for the cooking process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cutting area, ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned promptly.
  • Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory to ensure sufficient preparation.
  • Report any shortages or items nearing expiration promptly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of kitchen experience, with preference for candidates with butchering or prep experience.
  • Proficient in using various cutting tools, such as knives and meat grinders.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety.
  • Ability to work long hours standing and handle items of moderate weight.
