Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Programme Coordinator (Assessment)


Location: River Valley Campus


Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm


Salary range: $2600 to $3500 per month (commensurate with experience)



Job Scope:

  1. Pre and post assessment including planning, deployment of setter, vetter, invigilator and moderator.
  2. Liaising with academic partner examination officers.
  3. Post exam documentations including sending results to students and make arrangement for reassessment (if any)
  4. Prepares examination and assessment documentation for Examination Board’s approval.
  5. Register students for external examinations, and collate and analyse students’ results.
  6. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation.
  7. Any other duties as assigned by the Academic HOD and Director.


Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Ability to multi-task
  3. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  4. Meticulous and strong follow-up skills
