SALES CO-ORDINATOR CUM ADMINISTRATOR


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of existing and potential customers
  • Ensure all customer issues relating to customer service, service recovery and credit control are coordinated and managed
  • Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals
  • Handle sales enquiries and general sales administrative duties
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Maintain good customer business relationship.
  • Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations in the timely manner and monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals.
  • Preparation of quotation, close follow up on all sales orders, timely generation of sales agreements, and customer invoicing.
  • Generate purchase orders to principals and ensure that the orders are fulfilled within the committed lead time.
  • Support sales in administrative areas to develop new customers as well as to manage existing accounts.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
