We are looking for a Product Design Manager specializing in high-end structural and modular carpentry. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

•Lead high-end product design for structural and modular carpentry.

•Oversee design, prototyping, and production to ensure top-tier quality.

•Manage a team of designers and craftsmen, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

•Collaborate with logistics and production teams to streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes.

•Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective while maintaining premium quality.

•Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new materials, automation, and design techniques.


Requirements:

•Strong experience in high-end carpentry & structure design.

•Proven leadership skills; able to manage and mentor a team.

•Expertise in modular carpentry & furniture production.

•Hands-on experience with technical drawings, 3D modeling, and production methods.
