We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with an exceptional standard of expertise in the custom-made furniture and full-house renovation industry. The ideal candidate must possess deep knowledge of high-end custom furnishings, including design, detailing, production processes, ordering, and automated manufacturing experience. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, luxury-level interior solutions to high-end homeowners in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-end residential interior designs, ensuring excellence in aesthetics, functionality, and innovation.
Master custom furniture design (wardrobes, cabinetry, kitchen, and full-house custom solutions), including drawing, detailing, production process management, and order execution.
Oversee materials selection, construction details, finishing techniques, and installation supervision to guarantee premium quality.
Provide comprehensive space planning, including layout optimization, aesthetic coordination, and integration of high-end materials.
Utilize cutting-edge Chinese supply chain solutions, incorporating the latest high-end decorative materials and innovative finishes into design concepts.
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and automated production facilities to ensure seamless execution of custom orders.
Supervise installation and on-site execution, ensuring precision and flawless delivery of design concepts.
Manage client interactions, presenting ideas, refining concepts based on client preferences, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, material innovations, and the latest advancements in interior fit-out and custom carpentry.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design, custom-made furniture, and high-end renovation projects.
Expertise in high-end custom cabinetry, furniture detailing, manufacturing, and installation.
Strong knowledge of interior construction, materials, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with automation-based production workflows and custom furniture order processing.
Excellent command of CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or Rhino), rendering tools, and design presentation skills.
Experience in sourcing and applying new-generation luxury materials from the Chinese supply chain.
Strong communication and project management skills to lead clients, teams, and contractors effectively.
Ability to deliver high-end, tailor-made solutions that align with the luxury residential market in Singapore.
Job Details:
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Annual Leave: 7 days per year
Location: Singapore
