JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Executive is essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role supports the mission of delivering high-quality care to clients and contributes to the company's overall growth. Responsibilities include care handling inquiries, coordination, customer service, managing client-related matters, and directly assisting the Director of Operations with daily reviews, monitoring, reporting, and analysis functions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and follow through on inquiries.
  • Handle customer service and client relations, complaints and related matters.
  • Clients visit for home visit consultation when required
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations and client care on the CRM and other Company systems.
  • Build rapport, generate reports, and collect feedback on the standards, effectiveness, and efficiency of iKare personnel and products.
  • Responsible for data analysis, generating, reviewing, and preparing trend reports, updates on key business metrics, and providing insights that drive decision-making
  • Monitor and continuously look for improvement on work processes, policies, directives, and standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency, service, and quality control standards.
  • Involves and participates in projects relating to the business growth and improvements
  • Prepare and conduct internal training based on business needs when required
  • Foster positive communication and collaboration among different teams and departments to ensure cohesiveness.
  • Assist the Head of Operations with daily operations, including checking, monitoring, analysis, preparation of business slides, reports and documents.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare industry, especially in-home care services.
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management preferred.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology and knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards will be an advantage.
