Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic enthusiast to join our team in our Singapore office as our operations and the industry continue to grow. You will work cohesively with experienced business development teams to manage the digital asset portfolio and counterparty relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Daily and monthly report submission and Portfolio Analysis Report submission.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies, frameworks, and tactics.
  • Utilize market pricing and congestion knowledge to support asset sales and maximize returns.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities with a comprehensive understanding of risk, reward, and overall portfolio construction.
  • Manage daily investment activities, ensuring adherence to investment SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Assist in other strategic initiatives and activities as assigned by your line manager.

The Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain and trading or finance/ banking/ payments industry.
  • Proven experience in investment management or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and public engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in investment software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and investment strategies.
  • Highly motivated and have the highest level of integrity.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and patience.
  • Strong team player, project management skills, ability to prioritise and build scalable processes.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to speak in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
