Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruitment or Research Executive to lead and drive senior-level talent acquisition across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of research to find mid to senior-level management professionals in key sectors, including renewables (Wind, Solar, BESS), semiconductor construction, data centres, finance, and cloud sales. This role requires an in-depth understanding of technical, executive, and senior leadership roles, coupled with strong talent identification and attraction strategies for specialized functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the entire research to ensure that the recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead research for recruitment of high-demand technical and senior leadership positions across renewables, semiconductor construction, data centers, and cloud sales.
  • Focus on hiring senior finance heads (e.g., GBC, CFOs), project directors, senior engineers, and other key senior professionals through extensive research.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand talent needs and design targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and leadership hiring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies,consultants, and industry partners.

3. Market Research and Talent Mapping

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify top talent pools in renewables,construction, and technology sectors.
  • Utilize tools for talent mapping, competitor analysis, and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Maintain a comprehensive candidate database for future hiring needs.

4. Senior-Level Recruiting Expertise

  • Lead senior leadership hiring efforts, including project directors, finance heads, and technical experts.
  • Manage the recruitment process for executive roles such as senior project managers, senior engineers, and cloud sales leaders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in attracting top-tier talent for specialized roles with a focus on long-term impact.

5. Recruitment Strategy and Reporting

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Continually assess and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

6. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning the organization as an employer of choice for senior talent.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in assistance in recruiting mid to senior-level talent for technical and executive positions in sectors like renewables, semiconductor construction, data centres, and finance.
  • Strong expertise in researching for hiring senior leadership roles such as senior finance heads (GBC, CFOs), project directors, and technical managers.
  • Experience in talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development for specialized sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software which assistin research.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
  • Experience in high-growth industries, particularly agriculture, energy, construction, and technology.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment strategies and practices.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and headhunting techniques for senior roles.
