The Technical Director plays a critical role in overseeing the technical functions within the company. This position is responsible for analysing the operations budget to develop strategies for integrating technology, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and interpreting project briefs to identify the technological needs and specifications of the business. The role requires a high level of expertise in managing technical operations and ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of technology integration strategies by analysing the operations budget.
  • Direct and oversee all equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Identify technological needs by thoroughly analysing project briefs.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to inform business decisions and project execution.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through proactive warranty support.
  • Supervise and manage technician operations.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve timely project completion.
  • Champion the implementation of new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through the creation of tailored package deals.
  • Conduct and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills of the technician team.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for project installations and programming.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and budgets.
  • Expertise in Commercial itchen equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
