Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruitment & Client Management Executive with 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT hiring processes while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client expectations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and match suitable candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Utilize job portals, networking, referrals, and social media to attract top IT talent.


Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high service standards in recruitment delivery.


Process Management & Market Insights

  • Maintain and update applicant in the system and recruitment databases.
  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market availability.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and industry standards.


Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:3 years of IT recruitment and client management experience.
  • Good understanding of IT job roles and technical skillsets.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HR tools, and recruitment platforms.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling multiple IT clients.
  • Knowledge of Singapore’s employment regulations and hiring trends.
  • Strong networking skills to build a robust talent pool.
