We seek dedicated educators andresearchers to join our team, focusing on a Tenure-Track AssistantProfessor in Energy andSustainability.

PositionDescription
Applicants should hold a PhD degreein Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a closely relateddiscipline. A strong background and experience in one or more ofthe following areas is required: Electrochemical systems,Batteries, Energy Systems, andSustainability.

Fresh PhD graduates would beconsidered but preferences are given to candidates with relevantpost-doctoral research/teaching experience inuniversities.

Responsibilities
Thedesired candidate is expected to (inclusive but not limitedto):

ResearchExcellence
• Disseminate new research findingsin peer-reviewed journals and premier conferences, contributingsignificantly to the domain of energy andsustainability.
• Secure external research funding anddevelop a top-notch research program.
• Driveindustry-relevant innovation and applications throughresearch.

Teaching andMentoring
• Deliver undergraduate and graduatecourses in energy and sustainability.
• Mentor andsupervise graduate students and postdoctoral research fellows,fostering a collaborative research environment.
•Contribute to curriculum development and refresh for energy andsustainability.

Service andProfessionalism
• Enhance research collaborationbetween EEE and industry partners.
• Engage in school,university, and professional service activities.
•Contribute to the academic community through participation inconferences, seminars, andworkshops.

Requirements
Candidateswith the following qualifications are encouraged toapply:
• A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a relatedfield.
• A strong track-record of research and innovationin energy and sustainability.
• Experience in teaching andmentoring students.
• Strong commitment to academicservice and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunicationskills.
