Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor service arrangement. (Such as, Travel plans, accommodation, and VISA application etc)
  • Handle administration and paperwork.
  • Ensure efficient in assisting our clients with any requirements, handling feedback, provide direction and give suggestions.
  • Prepare for consultation and recommendation report when required
  • Handle clients’ mails, messages, and answering phone calls
  • Supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient ongoing project
  • Supervise on project budget, schedule, quality.
  • Ensure clients receive an optimum level of service and care at all times
  • Ensure vigilance of any service discrepancies
  • Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by superior or management.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management/Project Management/Tourism/Hospitality.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in field of hotel management, restaurant management, logistics, education, airport, or tourism industry.
  • Familiar with working regulations and environment in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
  • Self-motivated and open-minded with ample cultural awareness and eager to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Project Management
  • Good attitude, strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PDF,PPT and other Window Office programs
  • Proven experience as concierge, customer service or from hospitality related industries would have advantage for this role.
  • Having Experience service VVIP or VIP
