͙Job Scope:

  • Top-up Chiller Display: Ensure the store chiller are topped-up with our products from the back store coldroom.
  • Stock Management: Liase with the driver of any shortage of stocks, to be delivered during the next delivery.
  • Chiller Cleanliness: Ensure chiller space for products are clean, and free of expired/damaged products.
  • Store Relationship: Maintain a good working relationship with the store staff.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the product range and promotions to assist customers with any inquiries.
  • Route Planning: Plan and suggest store visit plan with manager if necessary.

͙Requirements

  • Experienced in merchandising roles is preferred.
  • Experienced in working in supermarket environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to load, unload, and move heavy products efficiently (est. 15- 20kg/basket).
