Accounting Executive | 5 Days | Up to $4.5k | Buona Vista


(1 year contract roles - subject to renewal for another year depending on business needs)

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm
  • Location: Elementum (Buona Vista)
  • Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Depending on experience)

General:

  • Expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline.
  • Expected to maintain the general ledger in accounting activities

Specific:

  • Assist in month/year-end closing
  • Assist in quarterly consolidation package
  • Daily system operation in general ledger
  • Balance Sheet account reconciliation
  • Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit
  • Daily system operation in account payable maintenance
  • Supplier and customer master data maintenance
  • Assist in cashflow maintenance and projection report
  • Assist in corporate income tax data preparation
  • Assist in GST report data
  • Assist in annual inventory stock take
  • Ad-hoc support for all accounting and finance duties

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years in Financial Accounting field
  • Preferable with SAP knowledge
  • Diploma in relevant discipline
