Roles & Responsibilities

Job Objectives/Job Summary:

· Group reporting & consolidation with FRSI/SFRS & ACRA compliance.

· Full set of accounts (finance operations & reporting).


Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties:

· To do monthly full set of accounts incl. AP & AR functions, maintain audit & tax schedules, bank reconciliation, JE, FS & reporting package

· To do weekly cashflow forecast

· To do quarterly GST & annual tax returns

· To do annual audited FS (Group and subsidiaries) & XBRL filing

· To do quarterly P&L estimates & forecast and annual budget exercise

· To do quarterly Group consolidation & financial reporting in accordance with SFRS & group policies, FS trend & variance analysis

· Liaison with EA, local & overseas subsidiaries/associates (if any) reporting in-charge

· To update/improve of consolidation/cashflow schedules/reporting package templates

· To implement & maintain adequate controls & recommend process improvement

· Ad hoc assignments


Job Specifications/Requirements:

· CA/ACCA/Degree in Accountancy &/or holder of professional accountancy qualifications

· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in listed entities reporting team & audit experience.

· Familiar & ability to apply accounting standards, taxes, GST, SGX ruling & Companies Co Act.

· Proficiency in MS Office knowledge and must be strong in using MS Excel application

· Must possess excellent working and communication skills to interact effectively with business associates & professionals

· Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period, able to meet timeline and work under pressure environment
