Role Overview

The Integrated Campaign Strategist will support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels. This position is designed for a creative and analytical thinker eager to craft compelling strategies that drive business growth and brand visibility. The role encompasses crafting go-to-market strategies, digital marketing strategies, social media strategies, marketing campaigns, and media buy plans.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, have a strong aptitude for research and analysis, and possess an innate ability to synthesise insights into actionable strategies.


Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific product launches, target audiences, and business objectives.
  • Assist in crafting digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns, to optimise brand visibility and performance.
  • Assist in shaping and maintaining brand identity across campaigns and platforms, ensuring consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Design social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, follower growth, and lead generation across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create overarching marketing strategies that align with the organisation’s vision, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Develop media buying strategies to optimise budget allocation across digital and traditional media channels for maximum ROI.

Research and Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviours, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and audience insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative marketing techniques.

Execution Support

  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to implement strategies effectively.
  • Work with external vendors or agencies to coordinate media buys and ensure accurate delivery of campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing campaign proposals and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns to ensure they meet strategic objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with key insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others to track campaign success and optimise strategies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Partner with senior strategists to refine and elevate strategic recommendations.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Analytical skills with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other reporting software.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for crafting clear and persuasive strategies.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of media buying processes and an understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing, media, or strategy role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with researching tools and techniques to gather and analyse market trends, audience behaviours, and competitive landscapes.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media researching tools.
  • A strong interest in integrated marketing strategies and their application across multiple channels.
