Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities


Programme Support

  • Support/drive innovation and upskilling programmes such as bootcamps, Hackathons and Incubators that are aimed at driving the adoption of Data & AI products and innovation in the public service.
  • To pitch value proposition of initiatives to potential customers (from WOG) and uncover synergies. Identify change agent from agencies to help drive innovation. To coordinate activities and customer transition process.
  • Conceptualise, track and work towards KPIs for the above-mentioned programmes in alignment with GovTech’s vision, mission and targets.
  • Stay updated with Data & AI or general tech trends to incorporate relevant updates to the above-mentioned programmes

Marketing & Communications

  • Define audience profiles and determine framing to best cater for different profiles. Propose communications channel management plans in line with branding and marketing communications campaign activities.
  • Support/lead marketing and communication efforts with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry experts, and event attendees. This includes driving marketing strategy and supporting media engagement efforts.
  • Actively involved in the production of marketing materials such as eDMs for event marketing. Ensure adherence to branding guidelines by monitoring usage of brand and associated collaterals.

Event support & logistics

  • Support events such as Hackathons, STACKx, Incubators such as logistics, procurement and on-site support. Additional support for marketing/media engagement/programme design in collaboration with internal stakeholders may also be required.
  • Propose detailed implementation schedule and work plans (including requirements for communications support) based on the objectives of the initiative and target audiences. Identify the resources (e.g. tools/platforms, etc.) required to effectively design and deliver communications activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business, Technology) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing, community engagement, programme/product/event/vendor management.
