Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties & responsibilities :

  • To perform various standard experimental assays including PCR, DNA/RNA purification, protein extraction, prepare sterile buffers and media for experiments.
  • To assist in organisation and upkeep of laboratory supplies, taking on administrative roles such as procurement, lab safety, equipment maintenance.

Qualifications / skills and abilities :

  • The applicant should hold a bachelor degree in biomedical sciences or related field.
  • Experience in high throughput sequencing and library prep will be advantageous.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff.
