Our client, a large non-profit organisation operates and runs a number of senior care & active ageing centres across Singapore. The selected candidate will be a member of the senior leadership team reporting to the CEO. He/She will have extensive and relevant experience in the senior care services / active ageing / social services industry. The roles and responsibilities of this position will encompass the following:


Strategic Planning and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for senior services that align with organizational goals and national healthcare policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage senior services staff, including nursing teams, social workers, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Service Delivery:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of senior care services, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and adhere to best practices in elderly care.
  • Ensure that services such as nursing care, rehabilitation, social services, and activities are delivered in a client-centered manner.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, making adjustments as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the budget and financial performance of senior services, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Analyze cost structures and work to optimize operations without compromising the quality of care.
  • Identify funding opportunities, grants, or partnerships to support service expansion or improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that senior services comply with local regulations, such as those set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other relevant agencies.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance systems, including audits, assessments, and inspections.
  • Ensure that all senior service facilities meet safety, health, and hygiene standards.

Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships:

  • Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and policy discussions related to senior services.
