Roles & Responsibilities

In Product Growth:

  • Internal stakeholder alignment and managing operations of growth experiments including designing of in-product growth experiments for various user engagement surfaces for Client's Consumer Apps such as push-notifications, Client homepage, search results page, email, etc.
  • Analysis of paid and growth marketing campaigns activations and aggregated reports at channel country or campaign level
  • Extensive documentation, presentation and communications to share analyses and process updates with core and cross functional teams.
  • Facilitates communication between the global marketing/product teams and the country marketing teams, gathers and filters requests and questions in both ways, aligns global and local teams on relevant updates and timelines.
  • Identify, develop, and codify growth opportunities across APAC countries, channels and functions, playing a leading role in streamlining these processes, finding creative solutions to eliminate barriers and reducing the resources needed to support them.

Product Launches:

  • Collaborate with Global and Local marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations
  • Program manage feature launches such as developing timelines and key milestones for marketing assets and ensuring that marketing assets are ready for launch
  • Prioritize and manage ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and timelines

Product Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Send monthly report on product performance to team

Skill And Experience:

  • At least 3 years of growth marketing experience working on rapid experimentation in tech field such as - experience on leading in-product growth (push-notifications, email campaign, in-product tooltips would be strongly preferred)
  • Strategic planning on experiments A/B testing and analysis, Funnel optimization, Channel management
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills (Fluency in SQL required)
  • Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to details
  • Understanding of software products (apps, websites) user funnel
  • Growth-hacking mindset to plan and manage ongoing day-to-day experimentation that are not necessarily shiny, but could have a huge impact at the end.
