ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Posting of incoming receipts entries.
• Process members' GIRO applications.
• Respond to members regarding payment receipts and address inquiries related to billing issues.
• Perform weekly banking of cash and cheques.
• Generate reminder letters and follow up with members.
• Handle accounts receivable billing.
• Track and manage purchase order forms.
• Manage office administrative tasks, such as handling Singapore Post, A4 paper/forms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
