IT Purchaser cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing physical/virtual software products from the Company’s various vendors;
- Execute full set of purchasing process (sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow-up on deliveries);
- Responsible for handling the day to day purchasing activities of the Company;
- Responsible for obtaining information/data regarding issues which may affect the purchasing lead times;
- In charge of maintaining the Company’s inventory integrity and assist in stock takes when required;
- In charge of tracking/monitoring the Company’s orders, ensuring that the goods/products are received timely;
- In charge of resolving purchasing issues examples late shipments, product quality, etc.;
- Responsible for documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set-up, purchasing database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/PI/SO/Invoice to Accounts);
- Update weekly/monthly reports timely;
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant purchasing experience;
- Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline;
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to details and highly responsible;
- Proficient in Excel and good with basic formulas & VLookUp;
- NAVision knowledge preferred;
- Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred;
- Required language: English and Mandarin (coordinate with English and Chinese speaking suppliers).
