Job Description

  • Respond to incoming phone calls
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with animals
  • Offer frontline customer service, manage counter registrations, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and manage appointment bookings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Place stock orders
  • Handle payment collection, prepare, and dispense medications
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties

Job Requirement

  • Prior front-facing customer experience 
  • Previous experience in the healthcare service sector preferred / Customer Services / Receptionist
