We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Event Management Interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the event technology industry while supporting our event management team in planning, organizing, and executing various events. This internship will provide you with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge event technology solutions and the opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful career in event management and technology.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of our internal events like product launches. Involves tasks like setup of registration page, email campaigns, virtual environment and recording of the content prior to the event
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our participation in external events such as exhibitor booths & branding
  • Provide on-site and remote event support, including registration management, technical troubleshooting, and attendee assistance.
  • Help with post-event data analysis and reporting, including attendee feedback, usage metrics, and event performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential event opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of event marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and content creation.

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing diploma in event management, marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for event technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management or CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of event management platforms, live streaming technology, and mobile event apps is desirable.
  • Familiarity with event marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and content creation, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for event coverage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the event technology industry.
