Invoicing and Maintenance of Customeraccounts
Monitor accounts receivables, follow up onoutstanding accounts receivables
Facilitating, recordingand monitoring of claims from clients
Prepare and processpayments, invoices and claims.
Reconcile accounts payabletransactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up todate
Compiling of records and month-endreports
Provide general administrativesupport
Any other ad-hoc dutiesassigned
Requirements
- Administrative or similarexperience
- Willingness to Learn
- PossesInitiative, Self-Driven.
- Independent but yet a good teamplayer.
