As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of our VAS Issuing Solutions team to help design, enhance our platform in an agile development environment. You will work with colleagues, who will support and challenge you daily. You are a full stack developer enjoying building real-time transactional services that are highly functional, distributed, secure, scalable and resilient. We believe in self-managing Agile teams who build products end to end focusing on unit testing, code reviews and continuous integration for excellent code quality. You will be driving innovation that makes our products stand apart from our competitors, delighting the customer with faster times for market delivery.

Write optimized, secure and scalable code that also follows standard processes such as unit testing and peer reviews.

Participate in and develop end-to-end technology solutions that solve our business needs.

Work closely with multiple customers in a multi-functional organization within an Agile environment.

We Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications

Assist in the collection and documentation of user\'s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team setting and open to work with offshore and onshore teams.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
2 years development and support experience in full stack technologies
Experience in the following frameworks and technologies is preferred:
.NET
C#
React
REST APIs
SQL
Software design patterns
Experience with performance tuning and automated unit testing
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills
