An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Director, Residential Development Sales - Australia to join the highly successful and market leading Residential Sales team at JLL in the Singapore office.

Due to our expanding client base, we have an immediate requirement for an experienced, motivated, and proven individual to join the International Residential team to support client care, business development, and to focus on the sales and marketing of UK and London residential developments into the Australian market.

The JLL residential business has grown exponentially over the last decade and offers excellent progression opportunities to the right candidate. JLL is also at the forefront of championing sustainability, diversity and inclusion and new technology.

What to expect: Responsible for sales of UK based Residential Development properties Focusing on properties across the UK region and offering the customers specialist knowledge of this area Manage client database system (SalesForce and ResiForce), ensuring all calls and sales are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required Attend exhibitions / sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential buyers / investors. Conduct one-to-one marketing and presentations / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls and self-arranged events in a professional manner. Building long term relationships with customers and gaining repeat business. Key attributes for the role include:
An understanding of marketing UK residential developments in Australia Proven experience in implementing successful residential sales campaigns in the Australian Market. Strong attention to detail, competency, and a team player. Agency or Developer background. Proven track record and experienced in residential development and new homes sales and marketing. A cultural understanding of the Australian market. Fast and efficient with an understanding of the sense of urgency and time zones. Competitive, self-motivated and sales focused. An understanding of the residential markets across London and the UK regions. Astute and dynamic team member able to work collaboratively and react quickly to challenges. Location:
