Front Desk Guest Relations Executive

Our Client is a luxurious and well-established hotel located in the heart of Singapore's vibrant Orchard Road shopping district. Renowned for its exceptional hospitality, this five-star hotel offers a blend of modern comfort and timeless elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Guest Assistance:
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests in making reservations, booking tours, or coordinating special requests.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest room readiness.
- Communication:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Effectively communicate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges to enhance guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and office software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
