Company Description: We are Kids Edutainment Theme Park (KidZania) which combines inspiration, fun and learning through realistic role-play not only for children but as well to our crew team members. Kids Edutainment is a subsidiary of the Sim Leisure Group. Sim Leisure Group is a well-established designer, developer and operator of theme parks listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Group’s founder, Dato' Sim Choo Kheng, has more than 30 years of experience in the theme park and attractions industry, having designed, built and managed theme parks around the world.Job Scope: • To operate and facilitate learning within the designated establishments assigned.• Take care and supervise the children visiting KidZania.• Facilitate, guide and conduct Role Play by introducing children to adult-style jobs in KidZania.• Ensure that learning is fun and exciting in KidZania.• Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors in the park.• Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to strictly at all times.• Participate in the trainings necessary for your role in the park, which in this case is Establishment SOP Training, Emergency Response and First Aid Training, KidZania Essence Training.• Report to your immediate Team Leader regarding status of establishment, maintenance requirements and safety measures.• Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing of the park. • Close proximity to Beach Station with free Sentosa Express Monorail• Interact with children in different activities and help them to be a Doctor, Fireman, Pilot, Model, Actor and much more plus offering them an excellent service.• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Candidate must possess qualification in Diploma, Degree, or equivalent• Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including public holidays and weekends • Good English language profiency – other languages is a plus• Good communication skills and confidence to talk to children and parents• Able to deal and manage with young children• Customer oriented and ability to work well in a team with an outgoing and fun personality• Presentable and professional behaviour with excellent organizational at all times • Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry is a plus
