Kids Edutainment is a subsidiary of the Sim Leisure Group. Sim Leisure Group is a well-established designer, developer and operator of theme parks listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Group’s founder, Dato' Sim Choo Kheng, has more than 30 years of experience in the theme park and attractions industry, having designed, built and managed theme parks around the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Customer Service Crew Member at KidZania Singapore. As an Customer Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for ticketing, customer service, and event coordination.

  • Responsible for ticketing, customer service and event coordination. · Assist walk-in customer and render any help/assistance him/her require.
  • Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for School Visit, Birthday Party and etc.
  • Take care and supervise the children visiting KidZania Singapore.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered to at all times, within the park.
  • Participate in the trainings necessary for your role in the park, which in this case is Customer Service SOP Training, Emergency Response and First Aid Training, KidZania Essence Training.
  • Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing task of the park.
  • Close proximity to Beach Station with Free Sentosa Express Monorail.
  • Interact with children in different activities and guide them to roleplay in an specific profession of your assigned establishment. (e.g., Pilot, Firefighter etc).
  • Assist in any adhoc tasks as allocated by the Management at all times.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess qualification in Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
  • Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to work well in a team with an outgoing and fun personality.
  • Willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry is a plus.
  • Able to speak with people of different demographics and ability to communicate well with confidence.
