Job Responsibilities

  • Daily production of cakes/bread/hotside
  • Ensure food are prepared and cooked according to the required standard (e.g., HACCP)
  • Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of workstations for food preparation
  • Clean and maintain equipment and tools
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of GCE ‘N’ level or related discipline.
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player
