What Will You Be Doing?

• Process orders across multiple e-commerce platforms timely and accurately
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely communication of customer requests or order amendments, before and during deliveries
• Accurately maintain and update inventory system to ensure stock availability
• Support business decision making by conducting ad-hoc analysis to highlight risk and issues related to product and inventory
• Assist in monitoring and following up with customer feedback and queries on delivery and product related matters such as delivery requests, out-of-stock arrangements, returns, exchanges and product shelf life etc
• Track and process exchanges, refunds and order amendments
• Assist in product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
• Work with marketing lead to launch new products and execute new promotions
• Advocate and implement process improvements and efficiency
• Assist in ad-hoc warehouse activities such as picking and packing, when required
• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks if required

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred
• Proficient in the English language, spoken and written
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team
• Meticulous and high attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
• Eager to learn and take pride in your work
