Job Description

  • Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Cargowise
  • Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
  • Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
  • Check on goods for arriving shipments
  • Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Coordination for import/export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments with the time line set by customers
  • Ensure compliance with Company’s corporate protocol
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirement

  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications
  • Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
