They are currently seeking a skilled FP&A manager to lead their team and play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives, costing strategies, and corporate finance functions. about the job

Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis function which includes analysing company profit margins and profitability, driving discussions for action plans across departments. Preparing monthly reports on PPV and UPPV, collaborating with Procurement for process improvements. Forecast capital expenditures and conduct ROI analysis. Monitor and set targets for key operations cost components. Analyse DL and machine utilisation reports to monitor plant capacity and cost impacts. Conduct business and competitor risk analysis. Prepare and update internal RFQ costing sheets, providing training as needed. Review costing sheets with various teams and prepare business cases for pricing strategies. Analyze purchase trending reports and challenge stakeholders for improvement. Track ROI of RFQ wins and conduct should-cost analysis. In addition, you will also assist with the monthly group closing process for the group accounting function.

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Certified Accountant or prior External Audit experience would be highly desirableRelevant years of experience in finance from a B2B or manufacturing backgroundExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial information effectively would be a plusStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Fusion).
