  • Perform income audit on F&B Outlets.
  • Update revenue details in the worksheets.
  • Perform daily checks on revenues and receipts.
  • Perform banking & cashiering duties.
  • Handle and follow-up on member’s enquiries.
  • Handle cheques & internet banking and update receivable.
  • Handle credit card standing instruction via 3rd party gateway.
  • Update of credit card details in financial system / expiry date.
  • Assist monthly closing for accounts receivable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of invoices and credit memos.
  • Data entry of sales invoices (manual chits).
  • Assist in monthly sending Statement of Account.
