Job Description
  1. Assist with food/household supplies in Convent;
  2. Assist with work done by contracted vendors eg. pest control, aircon services etc;
  3. Assist to liaise with service providers for IT/facilities management matters;
  4. Assist with visitors on use of guest rooms;
  5. Assist with festive decoration, events, dissimination of information etc;
  6. Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Job Requirements:

    1. Minimum GCE 'O' level.
    2. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    3. Flexibility to manage ad hoc duties.
    4. Prior experience is advantageous.
    • Good communication skills (oral and written)
    • Team player, open to task-switching to support the operation's needs
    2-3 days per week with flexible workday arrangements.

Location: Thomson

Preferred working days: Mon and Wed.
