Job Description
  1. Ensuring adequate food/household supplies in Convent;
  2. Confirm work done by contracted vendors eg. pest control, aircon services etc;
  3. Liaise with service providers for IT/facilities management matters;
  4. Assist with visitors on use of guest rooms;
  5. Assist with festive decoration, events, dissimination of information etc;
  6. Assist with HR Admin matters such as leave management, recruitment/cessation, performance appraisal and staff benefits such as increment and bonuses;
  7. Weekend duties may be required for pre-planned activities;
  8. Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma holder or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Team player, open to task-switching to support the operation's needs
  • Resourceful and self-directed to act on tasks
  • Operational experience in and knowledge of health, social and community care sectors will be an added advantage

Location: Thomson

Preferred working days: Tue to Sat.
