Job Description:

  • Attend to job seeker enquiries and facilitate appointment bookings.
  • Verify and create any new appointments/follow up appointments; making outbound calls to confirm appointments.
  • Data cleaning and data entry into internal system.
  • Assist with event registration.
  • Support outreach activities and help out at events as and when needed.
  • Other admin, customer service, and event support duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimally GCE O Levels
  • Minimally 1 year of admin & customer service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
