Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our finance and administrative operations. Your key responsibilities will include the Full Spectrum Accounting and Reporting, where you will be managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations. Conducting month-end and year-end closing processes. Generating accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders. Assisting in the preparation of tax filings and liaising with external auditors. In addition, supporting parts of HR & Administration such as payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and recruitment coordination.
Skills and experience required
- Degree holder in accounting, or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications.Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.Relevant years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an MNC environment.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
