The ideal candidate should:

– Have a strong command of English, written and spoken

– Have interest in social media trends and television/ OTT programmes

– Be able to take initiative and work independently and in a team as required

– Be proactive in not waiting for instructions/ tasks and updating on progress of their work

– Have good communication and interpersonal skills

– Be able to solve problems quickly and escalate to department heads when required

– Take responsibility and accountability for their work

– Be respectful towards all team members, no matter their role

– Willing to work on content that is not in their native language

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required

– Proficiency in Adobe applications will be advantageous
